Sacroiliac Joint Neurotomy for
SIJS using the Pain Management SInergy™ System

The Pain Management SInergy™ System, in combination with the Baylis Pain Management Generator (PMG-TD V2.2), is indicated for creating RF lesions in nervous tissue. The procedure is known as lateral branch denervation and ablates the afferent nociceptive nerves that originate in the sacroiliac joint and surrounding tissue. These nerves are known to be responsible for idiopathic sacroiliac pain.

This minimally invasive percutaneous procedure uses internally cooled-radiofrequency probes to create controlled, repeatable, large volume lesions along the posterior surface of the sacrum.
